Elliott McDonough, COO
Experience: 40 years as a son and brother. 17 years collaborating with small and midmarket companies to create, improve and implement business solutions. 13 years as an Uncle. 8 years as a business owner. 3 years as a husband.
Passion: Being an active member in my community. Surrounding myself with smart people and learning from them. Discovering any kind of cool music. Exploring Napa/Sonoma for delicious new wines. Spending time with family and friends. A homemade dinner with nice bottle(s) of wine; best explained by the phrase ‘A tavola non s’invecchia’. Watching the teams I support (SF Giants, GS Warriors, FC Barcelona).
Pastime: Cooking with my wife. Reading a great biography. Exploring our world. Lake Tahoe – any season.
Jennie Hultquist, Operations and Finance Manager
Experience: 30 years experience working in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) fields in a variety of leadership roles. Managing teams and processes to deliver superior performance, customer service and accuracy. I have been fortunate to work with some very smart people who were gracious in sharing their knowledge and ideas. I enjoy being involved in the onboarding process because it allows me to meet and get to know new people, ensure that their expectations are exceeded and that they have one less thing to worry about.
Passion: My husband Eric, daughters Chelsea and Kelly, sister Sarah. Extended family and friends. Meeting new people and hearing their stories. The SF Giants. Any outdoor activity from sitting by a campfire in the forest to zip-lining through the jungle.
Pastime: Camping, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, travel, reading, home improvement projects, embarking on new adventures.
David Adam, HR Operations Manager
Experience: 12 years of private, public and non-profit sector experience in large and small enterprises undertaking HR, Strategy and other projects of all descriptions, including Process Improvement, Training, HRIS, Leadership Development.
Passion: Helping organizations get more out of their people and helping people get more out of their life at work; helping people see challenges from a new perspective; diving deep into problems and developing new solutions; exploring new opportunities to learn and grow.
Pastime: Music; service; food; soccer; studying; travelling; politics; sampling new experiences; witnessing other cultures.
