Jennifer Lawrence
President

Elliott McDonough
COO
Experience: 40 years as a son and brother. 17 years collaborating with small and midmarket companies to create, improve and implement business solutions. 13 years as an Uncle. 8 years as a business owner. 3 years as a husband.
Passion: Being an active member in my community. Surrounding myself with smart people and learning from them. Discovering any kind of cool music. Exploring Napa/Sonoma for delicious new wines. Spending time with family and friends. A homemade dinner with nice bottle(s) of wine; best explained by the phrase ‘A tavola non s’invecchia’. Watching the teams I support (SF Giants, GS Warriors, FC Barcelona).
Pastime: Cooking with my wife. Reading a great biography. Exploring our world. Lake Tahoe – any season.
Jennie Hultquist
Controller
Experience: 30 years of experience working in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) fields in a variety of leadership roles. Managing teams and processes to deliver superior performance, customer service and accuracy. I have been fortunate to work with some very smart people who were gracious in sharing their knowledge and ideas. I enjoy being involved in the onboarding process because it allows me to meet and get to know new people, ensure that their expectations are exceeded and that they have one less thing to worry about.
Passion: My husband Eric, daughters Chelsea and Kelly, sister Sarah. Extended family and friends. Meeting new people and hearing their stories. The SF Giants. Any outdoor activity from sitting by a campfire in the forest to zip-lining through the jungle.
Pastime: Camping, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, travel, reading, home improvement projects, embarking on new adventures.

Experience: 15+ years dedicated to developing positive employee relations, whether it’s internal organizational relationships, or consulting with employers and their employees. Collaborating with various companies and HR professionals continues to create opportunities for growth in the everchanging world of Human Resources. One of my key takeaways over the years - While there are many technical solutions on the market that automate processes and alleviate administrative burden, it’s the human touch and support for your people that defines the success of those solutions.
Passion: Vacations/Staycations with friends and family, to a beach or the mountains, with good game nights. Live music – Fox Theater and The Independent are a couple of my favorite local venues. San Jose Sharks!
Pastime: Hiking, day drives along the coast, games at the Tank, reading, music, cooking, enjoying a nice glass of wine.
